F. A. Q.— Where are the email addresses to your company and staff located?
Answer— With the current conditions of the internet, and the ridiculous amount of spammers who target company emails, we elected to not display the email addresses and to provide system forms to our clients to contact us through. This cures the issue of spammers and allows us to focus our attentions solely on the needs and requests of our clients.

Every time you see E-Mail, or E-Mail Form on the site, click on it and it will open the E-Mail Form for you to send us your questions, comments, or other concerns.

F. A. Q.— Is this a secure site for my credit card or other financial transactions?
Answer— All our financial transactions are actually handled off-site by PayPal. Your credit-card information is not collected, nor stored on our servers and in doing so, we can assure you that your financial transactions completed here are absolutely secure and protected by PayPal.
F. A. Q.— Cookies; why does your site store them on my system, and what information do they collect?
Answer— The cookies our system stores in your computer only contain information about your account and your last visit here at the store. We DO NOT collect any information from your system, and there is no tracking information contained in the cookie to be used by any third- party. We do not sell information or lists to any other company. The cookie writes updates to your visit; when you come back to the store, our system reads the cookie and updates our account systems to your last visit, and your wish-lists are up-to-date. The cookie simply provides a resource for you to keep our records current with your wishes. Additionally, the cookie is an option you can elect not to have installed.
F. A. Q.— What does it mean if I elect not to have a cookie installed in my system?
Answer— Not allowing the installation of the cookie only effects how your next visit to the site will work. Installing the cookie allows the site to load faster in your system, and permits our system a point of recognition as to who you are, and a reference as to where you left your wish-lists at on your last visit. Not installing the cookie simply causes your account to not be displayed until you login again.
F. A. Q.— I have not received my confirmation e-mail yet and cannot do anything with my new account; what do I do?
Answer— Our system is designed to catch mistakes in formatted information; however, that does not help when the possibility could be a mistaken character added, or not entered into a return email address. The only resolution for this situation is to send an email through our E-Mail Forms in the site, addressed to to the site administrator. In the email comment area, just tell us you have not received your confirmation email, and we will go into the account information and clarify the information stored. When that occurs, you will receive an email confirming your request and explaining the corrective actions taken. If the information you provide us is vastly different than that of the original attempt, we will delete the account, for your security, and ask you to try again.

Answer— We believe you are our most valuable asset, so our return policy is based on a 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,, just send it back to us for a full purchase refund or store credit.
You might add a note that tells us why you are not satisfied with the product, or how it was damaged in shipping to help us evaluate our products and our shipping practices.
